The virtual 2022 Michigan WIC Training and Educational Conference by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Service WIC Division brings together experts to speak on current public health and nutrition issues. Participants will gain knowledge and skills in the areas of health equity, implicit bias, and mental health. This year’s theme, Partners in Excellence, highlights the resources available and techniques participants can implement to address collaborative health issues. The purpose of this event is to support WIC’s continued commitment to staff who provide excellent service to nearly 200,000 clients each year.
