The PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act: What You Should Know

After championing the legislation for nearly a decade, the PUMP for Nursing Mothers Act was signed into law in December 2022. The new law makes several important changes to ensure that employers nationwide provide reasonable break time and a private space for lactating employees to pump milk.
