Coalition Letter on WIC Food Packages: October 2021

In October 2021, the National WIC Association led a coalition of partner organizations in a letter to USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack, calling for swift promulgation of the proposed rule to revise the WIC food packages. The letter was joined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Academy of Pediatrics, Bread for the World, National Grocers Association, and United Fresh Produce Association.
