Did revisions to the WIC program affect household expenditures on whole grains?
In response to the WIC food package change in 2009, which promoted more whole grains, this study examined whether the revision had an effect on household expenditure of whole grains. They found that the revisions to the package did result in more purchases of whole grain items.
