By Kirsten Arm, Lauren Dawson, Megan Lott
In collaboration with 1,000 Days and the UConn Rudd Center for Food Policy and Health, Healthy Eating Research (HER) has developed a playlist of fifteen short (1 -2 minute) videos designed to communicate messages on healthy beverage recommendations for young children to parents, grandparents, and other caregivers. These messages on healthy beverage consumption were developed from the HER Consensus Beverage Recommendations. The videos are available in both English and Spanish on the healthydrinkshealthykids.org website and can also be accessed directly through the HER Healthy Drinks, Healthy Kids Video Playlist on YouTube.
