Texas WIC’s website includes information about program benefits, eligibility requirements, and how to prepare for an enrollment appointment. High-quality videos of interactions between participants and WIC staff along with participant testimonials about their WIC experience help new applicants understand the program services and what they can expect during a WIC appointment. The website offers both an online survey for those that want to start their application online and be contacted by a local agency and a local agency search option for applicants that want to contact an agency in their area. The online survey forms are automatically routed to a local agency near the applicant’s address. Over 15,000 surveys are completed each month.
