WIC Improving Health for Infants & Young Children
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is our country’s premier public health nutrition program. In recent years, WIC caseload has been declining and fewer eligible families are coming to WIC. The National WIC Association (NWA) is leading a national, multi-year, multi-platform advertising and outreach campaign. This webinar presents information from conversations with WIC directors and health care providers used to develop the campaign, where NWA learned that providers are hungry for information about WIC.
Presenters: Hannah Shultz, National WIC Association; Darlena Birch, National WIC Association
